ARTICLE I - MEMBERSHIP
Section 1
Any person may apply for membership in the VBPC. Annual dues should accompany the application.
ARTICLE II - DUES
Section 1
The annual dues of the VBPC shall be twenty-four dollars ($24.00).
Section 2
Dues will be assessed on January 1st of each year for existing members.
Section 3
New members joining after January 1st will be assessed dues based upon two dollars ($2) per month for whatever portion of the year is remaining.
ARTICLE II - ELECTION OF OFFICERS
Section 1
The President, at the annual meeting, shall call for nominations from the floor for each office. Ballots will be passed out to the members present. Those receiving the highest vote for each office shall be declared elected to take office at the end of the Awards Banquet in January.
Section 2
The office shall be for one (1) year.
ARTICLE IV - AMENDMENTS
Any changes may be made to these Bylaws by a majority affirmative vote of the members.
