The Charles “Tommy” Finch Memorial Award An annual President’s choice award given to the Photography Club Member of the Year, for representing the characteristics and values that Tommy Finch believed in as a member of The Virginia Beach Photography Club. These values include acts of assistance, kindness, contributions, sacrifices, and dedication to preserve and uphold the image of the Virginia Beach Photography Club.
